Using Kunzaria

You must be at least 13 years old, and meet any higher minimum age required where you live, to create an account. If you are below the age of legal adulthood, a parent or guardian must agree to your use of the service and any purchases.

Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize on your account. Contact support@kunzaria.com if you believe someone has accessed it without permission.

Names and conduct

Character names must be 3–14 characters and use only letters, numbers, and spaces. Offensive, hateful, sexually explicit, misleading, or staff-impersonating names are not allowed.

Do not harass other players, cheat, use unauthorized automation, exploit bugs, interfere with the service, access another person's account, or buy or sell accounts or virtual items outside features we provide. We may restrict access or remove names or content that violate these rules. Contact support if you believe a restriction was made in error.

Virtual items and purchases

Gold, gems, equipment, cosmetics, character slots, and other virtual items are licensed for use in Kunzaria. They are not money, have no redeemable cash value, and do not give you ownership of the service or its content. Game rewards, prices, balance, and features may change.

Purchase prices and any renewal terms are shown before checkout. Purchases are processed through the applicable store or payment provider and are also subject to that provider's terms. Refund requests follow the provider's process and any rights you have under applicable law.

Deleting your account removes your game progress, balances, and access to account-bound items. Account deletion does not automatically cancel subscriptions or request a refund. Manage any subscription with the store or provider that bills you.

Availability and game changes

Kunzaria may change, pause, or discontinue features, including during testing and maintenance. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every error, connection interruption, or progress issue will be prevented. Tell us about problems so we can investigate.

Our content

The game's artwork, software, branding, text, and other content belong to Kunzaria or their respective licensors. You may use them through the service for personal entertainment. Do not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit them without permission, except as allowed by law.

You retain rights you have in material you submit, such as your chosen name. You allow us to display and process that material as needed to operate the game and its public features.

Ending your account

You can initiate permanent account deletion in Settings in the app or web game. We ask you to verify your identity and confirm the deletion. All characters on the account are included. Access is blocked while deletion is processed, and the request cannot be undone.

We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms or where required to protect the service or comply with law. Any legal rights you have concerning paid purchases remain unaffected.

Your legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these Terms limits rights, warranties, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective date identifies the current version. We will provide notice of material changes through the service or an appropriate account communication, and request agreement where required.
